Общата цел на проекта е да подобри работната среда в „Бунекс“ ЕООД, чрез осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд. Тя е фокусирана към адресиране и решаване на нуждите и проблемите на служителите на фирмата във връзка с: осигуряване на мобилност; въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси, гъвкави форми на заетост и подобряване на организацията на труда, с оглед повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда; осигуряване на места за почивка и хранене, оборудване и ЛПС.Специфичните цели на проекта са следните:1.Да се осигури транспорт на служителите до и от работното място за период от 12 месеца2.Да се разработи, адаптира и въведе система за развитие на човешките ресурси, модел за удължаване на професионалния живот на по-възрастните служители и иновативен модел за организация на труда в предприятието, насочен към повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда. 3.Да се осигурят безопасни и здравословни условия на труд, подобряване професионалния и здравния статус на работниците и служителите.4.Да се осигурят социални придобивки за работещите, като се ремонтират и оборудват места за отдих, хранене и спорт.
