Przedsięwzięcie polega na budowie drogi ekspresowej S3 odc. Legnica - Lubawka o długości 67,20, która w całości zlokalizowana jest w sieci bazowej TEN-T. Projektowany odcinek drogi ekspresowej S3 zlokalizowany jest w południowo - zachodniej części Polski, przebiega przez obszar województwa dolnośląskiego. Przebieg projektowanej drogi ekspresowej S3 rozpoczyna się w gminie Krotoszyce, następnie trasa przechodzi przez gminy Męcinka, Jawor, Mściwojów, Paszowice, Dobromierz, Bolków, Stare Bogaczowice, Czarny Bór, Marciszów, Kamienna Góra i Lubawka. Na całym odcinku projektowanej drogi ekspresowej przewidziano przekrój dwujezdniowy z dwoma pasami ruchu, pasem dzielącym i pasem awaryjnym, dostosowany do prognozowanego poziomu ruchu. Zaprojektowane, w ramach przedmiotowej inwestycji, węzły drogowe, umożliwią bezpieczną komunikację i rozprowadzenie ruchu po pozostałej sieci drogowej oraz obsługę przyległego terenu poprzez sieć dróg dojazdowych. Projekt składa się z czterech zadań: • Zadanie I: od węzła Legnica II (bez węzła) do węzła Jawor II (z węzłem) • Zadanie II: od węzła Jawor II (bez węzła) do węzła Bolków (z węzłem) • Zadanie III: od węzła Bolków (bez węzła) do węzła Kamienna Góra Północ (bez węzła), • Zadanie IV: od węzła Kamienna Góra Północ (z węzłem) do granicy państwa. The project consists of the construction of the S3 expressway. Legnica – Lubawka 67.20, which is entirely located in the TEN-T core network. The planned section of the S3 expressway is located in the south-western part of Poland, runs through the area of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The planned S3 expressway starts in Krotoszyce commune, then the route passes through the communes of Męcinka, Jawor, Mściwojów, Paszowice, Dobromierz, Bolków, Stare Bogaczowice, Czarny Bór, Marciszów, Kamienna Góra and Lubawka. A two-way cross-section with two lanes, a dividing lane and an emergency lane is provided throughout the entire section of the designed expressway, adapted to the projected traffic level. The road junctions designed, as part of the investment in question, will allow safe communication and distribution of traffic on the rest of the road network and the operation of adjacent terrain via the access road network. The project consists of four tasks: • Task I: from Legnica II node (without node) to Jawor II node (with node) • Task II: from Jawor II node (without node) to Bolków node (with node) • Task III: from Bolków Node (without node) to Kamienna Góra North (without node), • Task IV: from the knot Kamienna Góra North (with a node) to the border of the state. Le projet consiste en la construction de l’autoroute S3 odc. Legnica — Lubawka d’une longueur de 67,20, entièrement située sur le réseau central du RTE-T. Le tronçon prévu de l’autoroute S3 est situé dans la partie sud-ouest de la Pologne, passant par la région de la Voïvodie de Basse-Silésie. L’autoroute S3 prévue commence à Krotoszyce, puis passe par les municipalités de Męcinka, Jawor, Mściwojów, Paszowice, Dobromierz, Bolków, Stare Bogaczowice, Black Bór, Marciszów, Kamienna Góra et Lubawka. Un tronçon à deux voies avec deux voies, une voie de démarcation et une voie d’urgence sont prévus pour l’ensemble du tronçon de l’autoroute, adapté au niveau de trafic prévu. Les carrefours routiers conçus dans le cadre de cet investissement permettront une communication et une distribution sûres du trafic sur le reste du réseau routier et l’exploitation du terrain adjacent par le réseau routier d’accès.
