Predmet operacije je rekonstrukcija zapuščenega poslovnega objekta Aurea v Gorici pri Slivnici za namen delovanja podjetniškega inkubatorja. Osnovni namen operacije je pridobitev dodatnih uporabnih površin Podjetniškega inkubatorja Šentjur na novi lokaciji v Gorici pri Slivnici. Neposredni cilj operacije je zagotovitev tehnoloških, prostorskih in infrastrukturnih pogojev za potrebe zagotavljanja podpornih storitev za obstoječa in start- up podjetja z namenom vzpodbujanja razvoja in rasti malih in srednjih podjetij (MSP), ki bodo gradila podjetniško skupnost, krepila verigo vrednosti na svojem področju in bodo pomembni zaposlovalci na regionalni in državni ravni. The object of the operation is the reconstruction of the abandoned business building Aurea in Gorizia near Slivnica for the purpose of the business incubator. The main purpose of the operation is to acquire additional useful areas of the Entrepreneurial Incubator Šentjur at a new location in Gorizia near Slivnica. The direct objective of the operation is to provide technological, spatial and infrastructure conditions for the needs of providing support services for existing and start-up companies in order to promote the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which will build an entrepreneurial community, strengthen the value chain in their field and will be important employees at regional and national level. L’objet de l’opération est la reconstruction du bâtiment d’affaires abandonné Aurea à Gorizia près de Slivnica aux fins de l’incubateur d’entreprises. L’objectif principal de l’opération est d’acquérir des zones utiles supplémentaires de l’incubateur d’entrepreneur Šentjur dans un nouvel emplacement à Gorizia près de Slivnica. L’objectif direct de l’opération est de fournir des conditions technologiques, spatiales et d’infrastructure pour répondre aux besoins de la fourniture de services de soutien aux entreprises existantes et aux entreprises en démarrage afin de promouvoir le développement et la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME), qui créeront une communauté entrepreneuriale, renforceront la chaîne de valeur dans leur domaine et seront des employés importants aux niveaux régional et national.
