Namen je torej izobraziti tako strokovne delavce v institucijah, kot posameznike, ki jih zajemamo v ranljivo - ciljno skupino. Projekt bo vplival na udeležence skozi daljši čas in na različne načine, vedno pa se bo upošteval integrativni (celostni) pristop. Projekt se bo skozi diseminacijo (marketingom, uporaba socialnih medijev, internetna stran) približeval širši javnosti, tako bo javnost seznanjena z možnostjo vključitve in prejema pomoči glede vstopa na trg delovne sile. The aim is therefore to educate both professionals in the institutions and individuals who are included in a vulnerable — target group. The project will affect participants over a long period of time and in different ways and will always follow an integrated (integrated) approach. Through dissemination (marketing, use of social media, internet site), the project will bring the public closer to the general public, so that the public is informed about the possibility of including and receiving assistance with regard to entry into the labour market. L’objectif est donc d’éduquer à la fois les professionnels des institutions et les personnes qui font partie d’un groupe cible vulnérable. Le projet touchera les participants sur une longue période et de différentes manières et suivra toujours une approche intégrée (intégrée). Grâce à la diffusion (marketing, utilisation des médias sociaux, site internet), le projet rapprochera le public du grand public, de sorte que le public soit informé de la possibilité d’inclure et de recevoir une assistance en ce qui concerne l’entrée sur le marché du travail.
