    Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in inovarea de produs (atat pentru bunuri, cat si pentru servicii) bazata pe cercetare-dezvoltare in cadrul societatii Inteligent Convergent Solutions (ICOS) SRL prin proiectarea, realizarea si testarea unei Platforme Inovative pentru Furnizarea si Managementul Serviciilor Publice in Orasele Inteligente. Rezultatele obtinute in urma cercetarii – dezvoltarii vor fi introduse in productie prin infiintarea unei unitati noi de productie in cadrul societatii.In cadrul proiectul este realizat un sistem inteligent suport pentru toate componentele unui oras inteligent, asa cum au fost definite in cadrul proiectului http://www.smart-cities.eu/ si care sunt in directia strategica a Comisiei Europene (Sustainable Urban Mobility, Sustainable Districts and Built Environment, Integrated Infrastructures & Processes https://eu-smartcities.eu/action-clusters). Acest sistem inteligent se bazează pe implementarea unor dispozitive pornind de la tehnologiile IT&C existente si dezvoltand module si echipamente care sa raspunda cerintelor utilizatorilor de sisteme smart city. De asemenea, in cadrul solutiei tehnice este dezvoltat un pachet software pentru a putea fi realizate de catre utilizatori aplicatii specifice domeniului de aplicare (Software Development Kit) și realizarea unui modul de procesare video in vederea detectiei evenimentelor/incidentelor, pornind de la senzorii video montati in teren.Acest sistem inteligent se va baza pe un post central si o retea de dispozitive de tip Smart Hub distribuite la nivelul orasului. Dispozitivul Smart City Hub sau Smart Hub va avea posibilitatea colectarii diferitelor tipuri de date necesare celor 6 componente ale unui sistem suport pentru orasul inteligent (se va pleca de la cele 6 componente ale conceptului de smart city: smart mobility / mobilitate inteligenta, smart people / oameni inteligenti, smart governance / administrare inteligenta, smart economy / economie inteligenta, smart living / mod de viata inteligent si smart environment / mediu inteligent. O alta functie principala a rezultatelor proiectului va fi aceea de transmitere a diferitelor informatii catre cetateni sau dispozitive pe care sunt instalate interfete cu cetatenii. Dispozitivul Smart Hub dezvoltat in cadrul acestui proiect se va conecta intr-o retea de astfel de dispozitive si va fi asigurata o acoperire cat mai mare a zonei urbane. Reteaua de Smart Hub va avea doua caracteristici principale: va asigura conectarea dispozitivelor la un punct central care sa permita o gestiune eficienta a retelei si va asigura conectarea dispozitivelor intre ele pentru asigurarea infrastructurii necesare functionarii descentralizate si furnizarea serviciilor inteligente la nivelul orasului.Dispozitivul SCHub va avea o construcție modulara din punct de vedere functional.     L’objectif général du projet est l’innovation de produits (tant pour les biens que pour les services) fondée sur la R & D dans les solutions convergentes intelligentes (ICOS) SRL en concevant, développant et testant une plateforme innovante pour la fourniture et la gestion de services publics dans les villes intelligentes. Les résultats de la recherche-développement seront introduits dans la production par la création d’une nouvelle unité de production au sein de l’entreprise. Dans le cadre du projet, il existe un système de soutien intelligent pour toutes les composantes d’une ville intelligente, telle que définie dans le projet http://www.smart-cities.eu/ et qui sont dans la direction stratégique de la Commission européenne (Mobilité urbaine durable, quartiers durables et environnement bâti, infrastructures et processus intégrés https://eu-smartcities.eu/action-clusters). Ce système intelligent est basé sur la mise en œuvre d’appareils basés sur les technologies IT & C existantes et le développement de modules et d’équipements qui répondent aux exigences des utilisateurs de villes intelligentes. En outre, dans le cadre de la solution technique, un progiciel est développé afin de pouvoir réaliser des applications spécifiques par les utilisateurs (Logiciel Development Kit) et le développement d’un module de traitement vidéo pour détecter les événements/incidents, à partir des capteurs vidéo montés sur le terrain. Ce système intelligent sera basé sur un poste central et un réseau d’appareils Smart Hub distribués au niveau de la ville. Le Smart City Hub ou Smart Hub sera en mesure de collecter les différents types de données nécessaires pour les 6 composants d’un système de support de ville intelligente (à partir des 6 composants du concept de ville intelligente: mobilité intelligente/mobilité intelligente, personnes intelligentes/personnes intelligentes, gouvernance intelligente/administration intelligente, économie intelligente/économie intelligente, vie intelligente/vie intelligente et environnement intelligent/environnement intelligent. Une autre fonction principale des résultats du projet sera de transmettre diverses informations aux citoyens ou aux appareils sur lesquels des interfaces avec les citoyens sont installées. L’appareil Smart Hub développé dans le cadre de ce projet se connectera dans un réseau de tels appareils et assurera la couverture la plus large possible de la zone urbaine. Le réseau Smart Hub comportera deux caractéristiques principales: il assurera la connexion des appareils à un point central permettant une gestion efficace du réseau et assurera la connexion des appareils entre eux afin d’assurer l’infrastructure nécessaire à un fonctionnement décentralisé et à la fourniture de services intelligents au niveau de la ville. Within the project there is a smart support system for all components of a smart city, as defined in the project http://www.smart-cities.eu/ and which are in the strategic direction of the European Commission (Sustainable Urban Mobility, Sustainable Districts and Built Environment, Integrated Infrastructures & Processes https://eu-smartcities.eu/action-clusters). This intelligent system is based on the implementation of devices based on existing IT & C technologies and developing modules and equipment that meet the requirements of smart city users. Also, within the technical solution, a software package is developed in order to be able to make application-specific applications by users (Software Development Kit) and the development of a video processing module to detect events/incidents, starting from the field-mounted video sensors. This intelligent system will be based on a central post and a network of Smart Hub devices distributed at city level. The Smart City Hub or Smart Hub will be able to collect the different types of data necessary for the 6 components of a smart city support system (starting from the 6 components of the smart city concept: smart mobility/smart mobility, smart people/smart people, smart governance/smart administration, smart economy/smart economy, smart living/smart lifestyle and smart environment/smart environment. Another main function of the project results will be to transmit various information to citizens or devices on which interfaces with citizens are installed. The Smart Hub device developed within this project will connect in a network of such devices and will ensure the widest possible coverage of the urban area. The Smart Hub network will have two main features: it will ensure the connection of the devices to a central point that allows efficient network management and will ensure the connection of the devices between them to ensure the necessary infrastructure for decentralised operation and the provision of smart services at city level.
