Proiectul isi propune sa genereze o noua calitate a vietii in comunitatile pescaresti prin incurajarea pescuitului si acvaculturii durabile, asigurarea posibilitatilor de se crea noi surse de venit diversificandu-se activitatilor economice,imputernicindu-se actorii locali (empowerment comunitar), si de asemenea, prin asigurarea resurselor si instrumentelor necesare adoptarii unor solutii optime, inovative, pentru rezolvarea nevoilor locale.
