Hlavním cílem projektu je založení a provozování kvalitního minipivovaru s moštárnou. Podnik přispěje k zvýšení zaměstnanosti osob znevýhodněných na trhu práce a k uspokojení potřeb komunity po výrobcích, které nejsou na lokálním trhu k dispozici.
