Projekta mērķis ir uzlabot kvalitatīvu veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu pieejamību, jo īpaši sociālās, teritoriālās atstumtības un nabadzības riskam pakļautajiem iedzīvotājiem, attīstot veselības aprūpes infrastruktūru Santas Zaļmežas ģimenes ārsta praksē. Projekta ietvaros tiks veikti būvniecības darbi. Projektu plānots īstenot 24 mēnešu laikā no vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas 2019.gada 4.ceturksnī. Projekta kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas ir 8 000,00 euro. Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā tiks attīstīta viena ģimenes ārsta prakse, kā rezultātā uzlabosies pakalpojuma pieejamība un kvalitāte Santas Zaļmežas ģimenes ārsta praksē reģistrētajiem pacientiem. The aim of the project is to improve access to quality health services, in particular for those at risk of social, territorial exclusion and poverty, by developing the health care infrastructure in the practice of Santa’s family doctor. Construction works will be carried out within the framework of the project. The project is planned to be implemented within 24 months from the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project in the 4th quarter of 2019. The total eligible cost of the project is EUR 8000,00. As a result of the project, one family doctor’s practice will be developed, as a result of which the availability and quality of the service will improve for patients registered in practice of Santas Zaļmeža family doctor. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’accès à des services de santé de qualité, en particulier pour les personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, territoriale et de pauvreté, en développant les infrastructures de santé dans la pratique du médecin de famille Santa Za’meža. Les travaux de construction seront réalisés dans le cadre du projet. Le projet devrait être mis en œuvre dans un délai de 24 mois à compter de la conclusion de l’accord sur la mise en œuvre du projet au cours du 4e trimestre 2019. Le coût total éligible du projet s’élève à 8 000,00 EUR. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, la pratique d’un médecin de famille sera développée, ce qui permettra d’améliorer la disponibilité et la qualité du service pour les patients inscrits dans la pratique du médecin de famille Santas Za’meža.
