« Lutter contre l’illettrisme et favoriser l’égalité des chances » font partie de notre projet associatif. Par conséquent, en 2009 nous avons proposé au Conseil Départemental l’action "Intégration Sociale et Lutte contre l'Exclusion" ( I.S.L.E.) afin de répondre à la demande du public et aux besoins existants tels qu'une meilleure maîtrise du français, davantage d'autonomie dans les démarches au quotidien et un accompagnement pour l'apprentissage des technologies de l'information et de la communication. Afin de poursuivre au mieux cette action, nous souhaiterions accueillir les participants à raison de deux séances hebdomadaires afin de renforcer les compétences linguistiques et informatiques des apprenants. Notre action s’inscrit dans le volet « savoirs de base », axe indispensable qui permet l’insertion sociale, professionnelle du public qui est parfois « peu lecteur, peu scripteur » voire analphabète. Notre projet a pour objet également de lutter contre la fracture numérique en proposant une découverte de l'environnement numérique en prenant compte des objectifs des référentiels européens tels que le CLEA ou celui de l'ANLCI. Afin de réduire les freins et les inégalités, nous donnons l’opportunité aux bénéficiaires de découvrir l’outil informatique, média très valorisant pour les apprenants, et ainsi accéder aux démarches indispensables aujourd’hui dans notre société. Notre action a différents objectifs qui ont pour finalité de rendre le public plus autonome, permettre aux apprenants d’avoir un rôle plus actif et d’être en capacité d’agir et d'interagir au quotidien. Transmettre des connaissances, des outils aux participants, cela avec une posture adaptée, permet au public de se positionner dans une dynamique de projet. La prise en compte de la diversité du public, du niveau des apprenants, la mise en place de méthodes et outils innovants permettent à notre action d’être efficiente et cohérente auprès du public cible. “Fighting illiteracy and promoting equal opportunities” are part of our association project. Therefore, in 2009 we proposed to the Departmental Council the action “Social Integration and the Fight against Exclusion” (I.S.L.E.) in order to meet the demand of the public and existing needs such as a better command of French, greater autonomy in daily procedures and support for learning information and communication technologies. In order to best continue this action, we would like to welcome the participants at two weekly sessions in order to strengthen the language and computer skills of the learners. Our action is part of the “basic knowledge” component, an essential axis that allows the social, professional integration of the public, which is sometimes “little reader, little scripter” or even illiterate. Our project also aims to tackle the digital divide by proposing a discovery of the digital environment by taking into account the objectives of European benchmarks such as CLEA or ANLCI. In order to reduce barriers and inequalities, we give beneficiaries the opportunity to discover the IT tool, which is a highly valued medium for learners, and thus access the necessary steps today in our society. Our action has different objectives that aim to make the public more autonomous, to enable learners to play a more active role and to be able to act and interact on a daily basis. Conveying knowledge and tools to the participants, with an adapted posture, allows the public to position themselves in a project dynamic. By taking into account the diversity of the public, the level of learners, the introduction of innovative methods and tools, our action can be efficient and coherent with the target audience.
