La Fondation Apprentis d’Auteuil met en œuvre une opération d’accompagnement vers l’apprentissage. La mise en œuvre du Dispositif de Raccrochage et de Préparation à l'Apprentissage vise à remobiliser de jeunes NEET vers la formation par apprentissage afin de trouver une solution à leur décrochage scolaire. La synergie créée entre les différents acteurs (centres de formation, entreprises, partenaire sociaux,…) permet aux jeunes d’appréhender concrètement la réalité des métiers et des voies de formations qui y conduisent. The Fondation Apprentis d’Auteuil is implementing an operation to support learning. The implementation of the Learning Gearing and Preparedness scheme aims to remobilise NEETs towards apprenticeship training in order to find a solution to their early school leaving. The synergy created between the various players (training centres, companies, social partners, etc.) allows young people to understand in practice the reality of the jobs and the training paths that lead to them.
