Le traitement des DIB est une activité entrant dans le champ régional de l’écologie industrielle et territoriale, participant à l’économie circulaire. La mise en valeur de ressources endogènes(déchets), la création d’emplois pour les demandeurs éloignés de l’emploi, les acteurs (industriels collecteurs, les communauté de communes, les syndicats spécialisés, les associations d’ insertion) en Haute-Marne répond aux objectifs d’un pacte de ruralité.
