Le projet, l'action consistent en l'accompagnement de 75 personnes dans le cadre du PLIE , réalisé par deux référents de parcours. Cet accompagnement proposé aux demandeurs d'emploi est formulé en proximité : les référents accueillent à la Maison ( municipale) de l'Information de l' Emploi et du multimédia d'Eragny qui est un lieu dédié et repéré. **Deescription/objectifs :** Chaque référente de parcours compte agir pour la réussite des objectifs du PLIE. Elle s'impliquera dans les instances du PLIE et prendra part à la définition et au suivi des actions spécifiques engagées par le PLIE. Pour réaliser sa mission, la référente PLIE mobilisera aussi bien les ressources de droit commun que celles propres au PLIE pour : * Accompagner les bénéficiaires sur la construction du projet d'insertion en portant une attention particulière sur les possibilités de mobilité professionnelle et sectorielle voire géographique et la spécificité des profils : les femmes, les demandeurs d'emploi de 50 ans et plus, les demandeurs d'emploi positionnés sur les secteurs très sélectifs ou les demandeurs d'emploi sans ou à faible niveau de qualification. * Proposer des plans d'action adaptés aux situations individuelles et aux besoins spécifiques des bénéficiaires en portant une attention particulière à leur orientation vers la formation qualifiante tant que de besoin. * Rechercher l'accès des bénéficiaires à un emploi de qualité. * Faciliter l'accessibilité du PLIE aux publics cibles en fonction des critères en vigueur. * Participer à l'amélioration du dispositif PLIE en faisant remonter les besoins des publics et en formulant des propositions afin de compléter la programmation et les actions proposées aux bénéficiaires d'une année à l'autre. **M** (French)

The project, the action consists of the support of 75 people within the framework of the PLIE, carried out by two path managers. This support offered to jobseekers is formulated in close proximity: the referents welcome to the (municipal) Employment Information and Multimedia House of Eragny which is a dedicated and spotted place. **Deescription/objectives:** Each path reference intends to act for the success of the objectives of the PLIE. She will be involved in the PLIE bodies and take part in the definition and follow-up of the specific actions undertaken by the PLIE. To carry out its mission, the reference PLIE will mobilise both the general and the specific resources of the PLIE to: * Accompany the beneficiaries on the construction of the integration project, paying particular attention to the possibilities of occupational and sectoral mobility or even geographical mobility and the specificity of the profiles: women, jobseekers aged 50 and over, jobseekers in highly selective sectors or jobseekers without or with low qualifications. * Propose action plans tailored to the individual situations and specific needs of the beneficiaries, paying particular attention to their orientation towards qualification training as necessary. * Search for beneficiaries’ access to quality employment. * Facilitate the accessibility of the PLIE to target audiences according to the criteria in force. * Contribute to the improvement of the PLIE system by raising the needs of the public and making proposals in order to complement the programming and actions proposed to beneficiaries from one year to the next. **M** (English)
