    Celem projektu jest podniesienie aktywności społecznej i poprawa sytuacji rodzinnej 37 osób z terenu rewitalizacyjnego miasta Orneta. Każdy z uczestników zostanie poddany wieloproblemowej diagnozie zasobów i deficytów przez zespół specjalistów. Na podstawie diagnozy dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przygotowana zostanie indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji, obejmująca przynajmniej trzy wsparcia określone w projekcie. Będzie to poradnictwo specjalistyczne (psychologiczne, prawne, pedagogiczne), wsparcie asystenta rodziny, warsztaty Szkoła dla Rodziców, Warsztaty racjonalnego gospodarowania budżetem domowym, Samopomocowa Grupa Wsparcia, Animacja Lokalna.
