La nouvelle période de programmation 2014-2020 a permis de renforcer l'appui du FEDER au cofinancement de projet de réhabilitation des logements sociaux, pour une performance énergétique accrue de ces derniers, contribuant ainsi à l'atteinte de l'un des objectifs majeurs de l'Europe, la préservation de l'environnement. C'est dans ce contexte que s'inscrit ce logement, celui de solliciter l'aide européenne suivant 3 logiques : 1/ Améliorer la performance énergétique des logements afin d'en limiter l'impact sur l'environnement. 2/ Réduire la facture énergétique pour des populations socialement fragiles. 3/ Contribuer à l'inclusion sociale par le logement pour les populations les plus fragiles, et réduire la fracture sociale. The new 2014-2020 programming period has made it possible to strengthen ERDF support for the co-financing of projects to rehabilitate social housing, for an increased energy performance of the latter, thus contributing to the achievement of one of Europe’s major objectives, the preservation of the environment. It is in this context that this housing is part of this housing, that of applying for European aid according to 3 logics: 1/Improving the energy performance of housing in order to limit its impact on the environment. 2/Reducing energy bills for socially fragile populations. 3/Contribute to social inclusion through housing for the most vulnerable populations, and reduce the social divide.
