Hankkeella pyritään kasvattamaan liikevaihtoa 20%, josta viennin osuus on kolmannes. Panostamalla uuteen teknologiaan edistetään energiatehokkuutta valitsemalla laitteita, jotka kuluttavat vähemmän sähköä, eivät tarvitse leikkauskaasuja kuten vanhat koneet ja joissa tarvitaan vähemmän kuluvia osia ja huoltoa. Kuitulaserilla voidaan leikata useampia materiaaleja ja laitteen isompi koko mahdollistaa suurempien kokonaisten kappaleiden työstön avaten näin mahdollisuuksia uusille asiakassuhteille. Kustannustehokkuuden kasvaessa uusia työpaikkoja arvioidaan syntyvän 4 kpl, joista 1 olisi naistyöpaikkoja. (Finnish)

The project aims to increase turnover by 20 %, of which exports account for a third. Investing in new technologies promotes energy efficiency by selecting equipment that consumes less electricity, does not need cutting gases like old machines and requires less wearable parts and maintenance. The fiber laser can be used to cut more materials and the larger size of the device enables the processing of larger whole pieces, thus opening up opportunities for new customer relationships. As cost-effectiveness increases, four new jobs are expected to be created, of which 1 would be female jobs. (English)
