FSP:n yli 50 vuoden historia on osoittanut että FSP pystyy tunnistamaan ja vastaamaan asiakkaiden muuttuviin tarpeisiin. FSP on nyt tutkinut ja analysoinut asiakkaiden muuttuvaa kysyntätilannetta. Olemme päätyneet muuttamaan toimintaamme siten, että vastaamme asiakkaiden vaatimuksiin ja luomme kustannustehokkuutta asiakkaillemme Suomessa ja kansainvälisesti. Tämä edellyttää uutta liiketoimintamallia, jolla parannetaan kilpailukykyä ja luodaan tarvittavaa lisäarvoa asiakaskunnalle. FSP:n näkökulmasta tämä tarkoittaa, että yrityksemme ottaa harppauksen teollisuuden arvoketjussa.
