Tavoitteena on rakentaa uusi, Hurry Oy:n asiakastyötä tukeva sähköinen työkalu markkinoinnin-, viestinnän- ja myynnin päivittäiseen ohjaukseen. Kehittämishankkeen toimenpiteenä on toiminnan ja prosessien kuvaaminen, jonka kautta saadaan tarvittava tieto markkinoinnin- ja viestinnän sekä myynninohjaustyökaluihin. Nykyisten prosessimallien pohjalle rakennetaan uudenlainen toimintatapa, joka siirretään tastauksen jälkeen sähköiseen muotoon ja jonka kautta tämän hetkinen toiminta päivittyy.Tuloksena syntyy toiminnanohjaustyökalut, josta hyödynsaajana ovat Hurry Oy ja asiakasyritykset. The action of the development project is the description of the operations and processes, which provide the necessary information for marketing, communication and sales control tools. A new way of working will be built on the basis of the current process models, which will be transferred to electronic form after testing and through which current operations will be updated. The result will be ERP tools, from which Hurry Oy and customer companies will benefit from it. (English)
