The Centre’s operating model will be rebuilt to better serve the region’s economy by productising services and prioritising the area’s know-how. The Development Centre consists of Järvi-Pohjanmaan Yrityspalvelu Oy, the Järviseudu Vocational Institute (adult education, apprenticeship office and part of the youth level), the South Ostrobothnia Provincial School (SeAMK) and Aisapari ry (local action group) and a project office with projects managed by various bodies. 1. Renewing the product and service offering of the Hoiskontie 25 Development Centre to meet the needs of the operating area, taking into account the development needs of E-P’s smart specialisation strategy for the Järviseudu region. 2. Development of T&k&i cooperation with companies, research institutes and training organisations to form a platform for innovation development that enables the planning and coordination of fast customer and business-driven experiments and tests. Expand networks and pool partners and know-how through which companies in the region’s leading sectors can find potential partners and development partners. 3. Building an operating model for the development of the region’s international activities. Identify potential international network partners with whom international development measures will be launched for the development of the region’s leading sectors. Let’s get involved in international projects managed by others and/or launch an international project.The results of the project are the core products and services of the Centre’s core products and services, which are clearly defined in terms of content, time and resources. The Centre operates systematically as a joint network-like development organisation, closer cooperation between the actors and clearer roles. The products developed during the project will be put into service and the Centre will be a development and innovation platform with coordinated and professionally designed activities. As a partner, the region joins international projects and will be actively involved in international projects either as a partner or as an applicant. International cooperation and project activities between operators in the region will become permanent and become a permanent operating model. (English)

    Hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää maakuntakeskusta pienemmän seudullisen, Järviseudun elinkeinoelämää palvelevan osaamis- ja innovaatiokeskuksen (Hoiskontie 25 -kehittämiskeskus) verkostoyhteistyötä, tuotteita ja palveluita sekä rakentaa toimintamalli alueen kv-toiminnan kehittämiseksi ja kv-hankeyhteistyön käynnistämiseksi. Kehittämiskeskuksen toimintamalli rakennetaan uudestaan palvelemaan paremmin alueen elinkeinoelämää tuotteistamalla palveluita ja priorisoimalla palvelut huomioiden alueen osaamiskärjet. Kehittämiskeskuksessa toimii Järvi-Pohjanmaan Yrityspalvelu Oy, Järviseudun ammatti-instituutti (aikuiskoulutus, oppisopimustoimisto ja osa nuorisoastetta), Etelä-Pohjanmaan maakuntakorkeakoulu (SeAMK)ja Aisapari ry (paikallinen toimintaryhmä) sekä hanketoimisto, jossa toimii eri tahojen hallinnoimia hankkeita.Toimenpiteet: 1. Hoiskontie 25 -kehittämiskeskuksen tuote- ja palvelutarjonnan uudistaminen vastaamaan toiminta-alueen tarvetta huomioiden E-P:n älykkään erikoistumisen strategiassa esiin tulevat kehittämistarpeet Järviseudun alueen osalta. 2. T&k&i -yhteistyön kehittäminen yritysten, tutkimuslaitosten ja koulutusorganisaatioiden kanssa siten, että kehityskeskuksesta muodostuu innovaatiotoiminnan kehittämisalusta, joka mahdollistaa nopeiden asiakas- ja yrityslähtöisten kokeilujen ja testausten suunnittelun ja koordinoinnin. Laajennetaan verkostoja ja kootaan yhteistyökumppaneita ja osaamista, jonka kautta alueen kärkialojen yritykset löytävät potentiaalisia yhteistyötahoja ja kehittämiskumppaneita. 3. Rakennetaan toimintamalli alueen kansainvälisen toiminnan kehittämiseksi. Kartoitetaan potentiaalisia kv-verkostokumppaneita, joiden kanssa käynnistetään kansainvälisiä kehittämistoimenpiteitä alueen kärkialojen kehittämiseen. Lähdetään mukaan muiden hallinnoimiin kv-hankkeisiin ja/tai käynnistetään oma kv-hanke.Hankkeen tuloksina kehittämiskeskuksen ydintuotteet ja palvelut on tuotteistettu selkeiksi palvelukokonaisuuksiksi, joiden sisältö, ajankäyttö ja resurssit on määritelty. Kehittämiskeskus toimii suunnitelmallisesti yhteisenä verkostomaisena kehittämisorganisaationa, toimijoiden yhteistyö tiivistyy ja roolit selkeytyvät. Hankkeen aikana kehitetyt tuotteet otetaan käyttöön, ja kehittämiskeskuksesta muodostuu kehittämis- ja innovaatioalusta, jonka toiminta on koordinoitua ja ammattimaisesti suunniteltua. Alue lähtee kumppanina mukanaan kv-hankkeisiin ja on jatkossa aktiivisesti mukana kv-hankkeissa joko kumppanina tai hakijana. Alueen toimijoiden kansainvälinen yhteistyö ja hanketoiminta vakinaistuu ja muuttuu pysyväksi toimintamalliksi. (Finnish)
