The final result of the development project is the service models of mystery shopping and customer feedback system, as well as a technological solution supporting them. Through the technological solution, it is possible to comprehensively manage the various customer surveys of customer organisations.     Hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää palvelumalleja ja teknologinen tutkimusjärjestelmä suurten asiakkaiden eri asiakastutkimusten kokonaishallintaan ja toteuttamiseen. Tavoitteena on saavuttaa uusien palveluinnovaatioiden avulla suuryritysasiakkaiden kanssa kumppanirooli, jossa NMR Asiakasnäkökulma Oy vastaa asiakkaiden kaikkien asiakastutkimusten toteuttamisesta, tiedon analysoinnista ja hyödyntämisestä. Kehityshankkeen lopputuloksena syntyy mystery shoppingin ja asiakaspalautejärjestelmän palvelumallit sekä niitä tukeva teknologinen ratkaisu. Teknologisen ratkaisun kautta voidaan kattavasti hallinnoida asiakasorganisaatioiden eri asiakastutkimuksia. Lisäksi hankkeessa syntyy analyysi ja johtopäätökset uusien asiakastutkimuspalveluiden kansainvälistämispotentiaalista. (Finnish)
