Plasmaleikkuri tulee parantamaan yrityksen kilpailukykyä ja tuottavuutta huomattavasti (vuodessa jää satoja "turhia" työtunteja pois tuotannosta). Plasmaleikkuri parantaa yrityksen mahdollisuutta palkata lisää työvoimaa. Lisätyövoimaa ollaan jo selvittämässä/palkkaamassa. Uuden työvoiman palkkaus välttämätöntä vanhempieni jäädessä eläkkeelle lähivuosina, jotta yrityksen henkilömäärä pysyisi edes entisellään. Yksi työntekijä plasmaleikkurilla voi työllistää noin 5-8 työntekijää kokoonpanolinjastolla.
