Głównym celem przedmiotowego projektu który zakłada termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Bodzentyn jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej. Prace związane z projektem będą polegały m.in. na: ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i dachu, wymianę okien i drzwi wejściowych, modernizację systemu c.o. z wymianą źródła ciepła, modernizację oświetlenia stałego, wykorzystanie systemu ogniw fotowoltaicznych. Właścicielem obiektów, w których zostaną przeprowadzone prace termomodernizacyjne jest Gmina Bodzentyn, a użytkownikiem Urząd Miasta i Gminy oraz Ośrodek Zdrowia w Bodzentynie, Szkoły Podstawowe we Wzdole Rządowym i Psarach Starej Wsi. Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Bodzentyn. Inwestycja ta wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy działania tj.: Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków publicznych oraz sektora mieszkaniowego, Działania 3.3 Poprawa efektywności energetycznej z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym, Osi priorytetowej 3. Efektywna i zielona energia, gdzie przewidziano możliwość dofinansowania przedsięwzięć mających na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie: 01.2017 do 09.2018. Wskaźniki: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej: 79,63 MWh/rok; Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej: 4164,52 GJ/rok; Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów: 4910,46 GJ/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 417,60 tony równoważnika CO2/rok; Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków: 7 szt.; Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji: 5638,77 m2; Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych: 1689890,24 kWh/rok; Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła :5 szt.; Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE: 7 szt. The main objective of this project, which entails the thermal modernisation of public buildings in the Bozentyn municipality, is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings. The project’s work will include, but not be limited to: insulation of external walls and roof, replacement of windows and entrance doors, modernisation of the service system with the replacement of the heat source, modernisation of the solid lighting, use of the photovoltaic system. The owners of the facilities in which the thermal modernisation works are to be carried out is the municipality of Bozentyn, and the user of the Town and Local Authority and the Centre for Health in Bozentine, the Primary School in Government and in Pran Old Rural. The beneficiary of the project is the municipality of Bozentyn. This investment shall be part of the specific objective of the action: Increased energy efficiency in public buildings and in the housing sector, Action 3.3: improving energy efficiency through the use of renewable energy sources in the public sector and in the residential sector, Axis 3. Efficient and green energy, which provides for the possibility of co-financing projects aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings. The project will be implemented in the following period: 01.2017 to 09.2018. Indicators: Amount of electricity saved: 79.63 MWh/year; Amount of thermal energy saved: 4164,52 GJ/year; Reducing final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of projects: 4910,46 GJ/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions: 417,60 tonnes of equivalent CO2/rok; Number of modernised buildings: 7 units; Useful floor area of renovated buildings: 5 638.77 m²; Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings: 1 689 890.24 kWh/year; Number of improved heat sources: 5; Number of newly built units producing electricity from RES: 7 units (English)
