Project promoters: Turku University of Applied Sciences (co-ordinator), Tampere University of Applied Sciences, South Ostrobothnia Centre for Health Technology Development and the Association of Finnish Student Activities/Instruction Centre Sivis. A reform of the structure of the organisation of social and health services is underway, as is the reform of the system of financing services. In the future, private service providers, i.e. small micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and third-sector operators, i.e. associations, will play an increasingly important role as providers of well-being services for citizens. The health and social services system will be reformed, especially through digitalisation and its applications. Restructuring and ever-increasing efficiency requirements put a strain on the staff of the social and social services sector. The project will improve the productivity and job satisfaction of operators in the social and social services sector by increasing the skills of the personnel and new forms of cooperation with wellbeing technology companies, marketing and communication companies. There is a growing need for companies and organisations to develop skills, services and forms of cooperation to meet future requirements in the field of social and healthcare. In addition, companies need correct and appropriate evidence-based information and operational guidance to develop services and adopt health technology applications for wellbeing customers with the aim of developing good care. Competence is shown as job satisfaction and customer feedback to increase well-being at work. The main objective of the project is to increase well-being and productivity at work nationwide in companies and organisations in the social and social services sector by offering a wide range of coaching and sparring, as well as networking in areas relevant to well-being at work and productivity. The purpose of the project is:1. Develop a wide range of expertise in companies and organisations. Topics include well-being at work, productivity, change management, employee inclusion, digitalisation, wellbeing technology, marketing and communication, high-quality customer-oriented service design, restructuring of the social and health care system, legislation and guidance, prediction of the future and responsiveness.2. Create and build regional and national networks between different actors using mentoring.3. To jointly design, develop and evaluate a variety of best practices and good practices to increase well-being and production at work in companies and organisations.4. Develop a quantitative and qualitative assessment of well-being at work and productivity in companies and organisations.SoteNavi project measures are:1. Mapping the current state of well-being at work and productivity in the organisations involved in the project by interviewing key personnel, using occupational well-being measures, collecting figures on sick leave days and turnover. 2. Coaching in workshops at regional level.3. National Days will be organised.4. Setting up a mentoring programme based on the needs of the organisations involved.5. Establish a regional and national network for cooperation between actors.6. Design, implement and evaluate various best practices to improve well-being at work and productivity, e.g. change management and employee involvement in operational development and evidence-based customer-oriented service design. The output of the SoteNavi project will create a digital navigator that includes tools designed for the target group to increase well-being and productivity at work:1. New types of evidence-based service models and service designs. 2. Cooperation networks between companies and organisations.3. Ways to improve management and change management. 4. A mentoring model tailored to the target group. 5. Systematic summary of gender perspectives and impacts of social and health actors to support decision-making. 4. Increased awareness of social and social services restructuring. 5. Tailored and clear knowledge of digital and health technology options, tailored to the needs of each actor.6. The target group’s knowledge of marketing and communication skills found to be inadequate.7. As a result of the above measures, the target group has improved well-being at work and productivity.
