Projekt jest skierowany do 115 osób bezrobotnych (61K,54M) zarejestrowanych w PUP z powiatu starogardzkiego. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - Aktywizacja zawodowa uczestników projektu; - Efektywność zatrudnieniowa na poziomie co najmniej 50%, która będzie spełniona, jeśli uczestnik projektu zostanie zatrudniony na nieprzerwany okres co najmniej 3 miesięcy; - Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Działania: - Usługi poradnictwa zawodowego dla 115 os.(61K,54M); - Usługi pośrednictwa pracy dla 68 os.(41K,27M); - Przyznanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 47 os.(20K,27M); - Udzielenie wsparcia w postaci refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 68 os.(41K,27M).
