The investment consists in the construction of the beltway of the cities of Oleszyce and Cieszanów along voivodship road No. 865 between Jarosław-Oleszyce - Cieszanów - Bełżec. The planned Oleszyce and Cieszanów ring road will be characterized by: - road category - voivodship road; - road class - G; - bearing capacity of pavement structure - 115 kN / axle; - road structure for traffic categories - KR 4; - length of bypasses built - 2,355 (Oleszyce) and 1,606 (Cieszanów); - one-way, two-way road with bituminous surface; - road width - 9.5 m (2x3.5 roadway, 2x0.5 bituminous roadside, 2x0.75 dirt roadside). In addition, the following are planned as part of the Oleszyce bypass: - construction of two small roundabouts with link sections; - construction of a bridge over the Przerwa river; - reconstruction of existing DW sections (865, 867) on a section of about 0.548 m - (0.063 Cieszanów, 0.485 Oleszyce) - reconstruction of the intersection with Dw 867; - construction of one intersection with dr. municipal; - construction of pavements; - construction and reconstruction of public and individual exits; - construction of new sections of drainage ditches; - construction of road drainage; - construction of culverts; - construction of street lighting; - construction of road safety devices; - demolition of objects colliding with the bypass being constructed ; As part of the Cieszanów ring road: - construction of one small roundabout with sections of the link; - reconstruction of one intersection with a poviat road and construction of two intersections (with DG and Dw); - construction of pavements; - construction and reconstruction of public and individual exits; - construction of drainage of the road ; - construction of culverts; - construction of street lighting; - construction of road safety devices; - demolition of colliding facilities built by the beltway. The implementation of the project is aimed at: - reduction of vehicle traffic in Oleszyce and Cieszanów; - reduction of vehicle transit time; road traffic; - improving traffic conditions; - reducing traffic nuisance for residents and the environment. Przedmiotowa inwestycja polega na budowie obwodnicy miasta Oleszyce oraz Cieszanów w ciągu drogi wojewódzkiej nr 865 relacji Jarosław- Oleszyce - Cieszanów - Bełżec.
