Potrzeba realizacja niniejszego projektu wynika z potrzeb i problemów, z jakimi boryka się społeczność lokalna powiatu leżajskiego oraz Miasta Leżajsk, gdzie będzie realizowany niniejszy projekt. Głównymi problemami, które niniejszy projekt stara się rozwiązać, są: 1. Niedostateczna ilość miejsc w placówce dziennego pobytu – Warsztatach Terapii Zajęciowej w Leżajsku 2. Brak dostosowania obiektów terapii zajęciowej do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (ruchowo, umysłowo) 3. Niedostateczne wyposażenie placówek terapii zajęciowej 4. Brak dostosowania obiektów przeznaczonych na noclegownię dla osób bezdomnych do całodobowego pobytu osób. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności osób niepełnosprawnych do infrastruktury pomocy społecznej służącej terapii zajęciowej oraz poprawa dostępności osób bezdomnych do miejsc noclegowych poprzez rozbudowę i nadbudowę istniejącego obiektu.. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujący zakres rzeczowy projektu: - 1. Rozbudowę, nadbudowę i przebudowę obiektu na cele Warsztatów Terapii Zajęciowej - na parterze znajdują się pomieszczenia kuchni, jadalnię, świetlicę, pokoje warsztatów terapii, pomieszczenie administracyjne, pokoje na noclegownię dla osób bezdomnych, na piętrze znajdują się pokoje dla terapii zajęciowej. W obiekcie zamontowano udogodnienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych – winda, pochylnie, platforma, sanitariaty dla niepełnosprawnych. 2. Wykonanie instalacji sanitarnych i elektrycznych, w tym montaż urządzeń pro-ekologicznych (kolektory słoneczne) 3. Dostawa i montaż wyposażenia oraz sprzętu 4. Zagospodarowanie terenu. W wyniku projektu powierzchnia użytkowa obiektu wyniesie 726,1 m2. Rezultatem projektu będzie Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami korzystających z obiektów objętych wsparciem projektu – 50 osób oraz Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym korzystająca z usług świadczonych w obiektach objętych wsparciem – 80 osób. The need to implement this project is due to the needs and problems of the local community of the powiat aged and of the City of Leżajsk, where this project will be implemented. The main problems which this proposal seeks to resolve are: 1. Insufficient places in the daily subsistence facility — Zajajsk, 2. No adaptation of occupational therapy facilities to the needs of persons with disabilities (motor technology) 3. Insufficient provision of occupational therapy facilities 4. No accommodation for accommodation facilities for homeless persons for the 24-hour period of residence of persons. The main objective of the project is to improve the accessibility of disabled persons to the social assistance infrastructure for occupational therapy and to improve the availability of homeless people in accommodation by developing and building up an existing facility. This will be achieved through the following scope of the project: TO 1. IS SATISFIED. The extension, superstructure and conversion of the facility for the purpose of workshops for the medical therapy of the premises — on the ground floor are kitchen rooms, dining rooms, after-school centres, hotel rooms, administrative accommodation, accommodation for homeless people, rooms for accommodation for homeless people on the floor are in rooms for occupational therapy. The facility has facilities for persons with disabilities — lift, ramps, platforms, toilets for people with disabilities. 2. Sanitation and electrical installations, including installation of green equipment (solar collectors) 3. The supply and installation of the equipment and of the equipment 4. Land use. The project will result in a usable surface area of 726.1 m². The project will result in the number of persons with disabilities using project support facilities — 50 persons and the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion using services provided in support facilities — 80 persons.
