Satakunta profiloituu Kiina-yhteistyön osaajaksi. Step C luo uuden korkeakoulujen ja yritysten yhteistyön toimintatavan, joka on läheisessä vuorovaikutuksessa Finpron ja Team Finlandin kanssa. Korkeakoulujen ja yritysten välille syntyy konkreettista tutkimusyhteistyötä ja niiden kansainvälistymisvalmiuksia tuetaan.
