En créant ses Ateliers Chantiers d'Insertion, ASER a souhaité pouvoir proposer aux demandeurs d'emploi rencontrés sur ses autres activités, une possibilité d'étape supplémentaire dans leurs parcours : \- en développant leurs compétences professionnelles par un encadrement de proximité, \- en renforçant les actions visant à leur accompagnement socio-professionnel, afin de favoriser les conditions d'accès à l'emploi durable en entreprise dite classique. En 2005, ASER a développé une offre d'insertion sur le territoire de Sancoins et de St Florent sur Cher (Masoeuvre) , par la création d'Ateliers Chantiers d'Insertion ayant comme support d'activité l'entretien des espaces naturels et des espaces verts. L'Association a choisi de continuer à cibler les publics des territoires ruraux pour lutter contre la précarité et participer à l'entretien de l'environnement sur ces territoires. L'Association est, depuis, conventionnée pour une équipe équivalent à 28 postes (à 24h hebdomadaires). Ces salariés en parcours sont accompagnés par 3 encadrants techniques à temps plein et une conseillère en insertion professionnelle à temps plein. (French)

In 2005, ASER developed an insertion offer in the territory of Sancoins and St Florent sur Cher (Masoeuvre), through the creation of Ateliers Chantiers d’Insertion, whose support is the maintenance of natural spaces and green spaces. The Association has chosen to continue to target audiences in rural areas to combat precariousness and participate in the maintenance of the environment in these areas. The Association has since been approved for a team equivalent to 28 positions (at 24h weekly). These employees are accompanied by 3 full-time technical supervisors and a full-time professional integration advisor. (English)
