Le référent RSA GDV du CCAS, aura en charge le suivi de 90 bénéficiaires du RSA issus de la communauté gens du voyage, soumis aux droits et devoirs, et domiciliés sur Avranches. Dans ce cadre, le référent RSA assurera un accompagnement social spécifique favorisant l’insertion sociale, et à terme, professionnelle, de ces bénéficiaires. Cet accompagnement aura pour axes de travail prioritaires : \- la lutte contre l’illettrisme, \- la scolarisation des enfants du voyage, \- l’accès aux dispositifs de santé, \- l’aide à la sédentarisation. Le référent aura pour missions de : \- Evaluer la situation sociale des bénéficiaires \- Réaliser le Contrat d’Engagement Réciproque \- Soutenir le bénéficiaire au travers des entretiens, visites sur le terrain ou accompagnements physiques. \- Formuler des objectifs socio-professionnels \- Positionner le bénéficiaire sur des actions départementales d’insertion. \- Favoriser l’application des droits et des devoirs, au travers des axes précités (French)

The CCAS RSA GDV referent will be responsible for the follow-up of 90 RSA beneficiaries from the Traveller community, subject to rights and duties, and domiciled on Avranches. In this context, the RSA referent will provide specific social support for the social inclusion of these beneficiaries in the long term. Priority areas for this support will be: \- the fight against illiteracy, \- schooling of travel children, \- access to health devices, \- help with sedentarisation. The mandate of the referent will be to: \- Assess the social situation of the beneficiaries \- Implement the Reciprocal Engagement Agreement \- Support the Beneficiary through interviews, field visits or physical accompaniments. \- Formulate socio-professional objectives \- Position the beneficiary on departmental integration actions. \- Promote the application of rights and duties, through the above-mentioned axes (English)
