La présente opération ne comporte qu’une seule action, à savoir l’encadrement et l’accompagnement de public en difficulté d’insertion dans le cadre du chantier d’insertion d’Hennebont. Le chantier d’insertion porté par le CCAS d’Hennebont est un chantier mixte de 10 places permettant l’embauche de salariés en insertion dans le cadre d’un CDDI - 26 heures hebdomadaires, et, est axé autour de travaux d'entretien, d'aménagement, et, de restauration, de patrimoine culturel et d'espaces naturels. Le recrutement des participants privilégie les projets des postulants et leurs capacités ou leurs besoins pour les réaliser. Tout au long du contrat, est assuré un accompagnement socioprofessionnel de 12 h/semaine sur le site du chantier : entretiens individuels et formations collectives. Des actions collectives et des PMSMP sont proposées. Le support que constitue le chantier mobilise différents acteurs avec des temps forts : 4 groupes d'appui dans l'année + un comité de pilotage annuel (French)

Throughout the contract, a socio-professional support of 12 hours/week is provided on the site of the site: individual interviews and collective training. Collective actions and PMSMPs are proposed. The support provided by the site mobilises different players with highlights: 4 support groups in the year + an annual steering committee (English)
