90 young people will be cared for by 2 dedicated referents over the period necessary for their independence and their ability to commit themselves sustainably. The referents will receive the young people in an individual interview. Depending on the needs, they will offer collective workshops. The focus will be on enhanced social support that will focus on health, citizenship, culture and mobility. Partners will be mobilised: companies, health partners (the psychologist working in ML, CPAM, Mutuality...), on mobility, culture and self-confidence. The objective of the individual interviews is to refine the diagnosis of the situation and to propose, in function, work situations, traineeships, training, links with companies but taking into account peripheral barriers. This work on peripheral brakes involves a very regular public mobilisation, with a flexible framework, necessary to obtain its support. The referents will also work with a liberal neuropsychologist in close collaboration if there is a need to take stock of the abilities of young people. In 2020, in view of the previous experiences and the retreat on the needs of young people, we want to offer them individual sports coaching sessions in order to change their representations of themselves and strengthen their confidence in them. For this purpose, collective workshops will be offered. Sophrology will be renewed. On the other hand, we also consider it necessary to put in place collective actions that provide them with skills in their daily and working lives. That is why we will organise two PSC1 training courses with the French Red Cross. In the same logic, we will also propose an action around the driving licence in connection with the social driving school of Saint-Fons. The referents will focus on other actions or projects carried out by the territory or partners. The referents’ schedules will allow for regular individual interviews, on request and according to the situation of each. Regular relaunches will be made to avoid drop-outs often seen with this type of audience. The accompanying axes (health, administrative procedures, access to law, housing, mobility, etc.) will be dealt with individually throughout the journey; they require much more working time than on antenna support, sometimes involving trips with young people in different administrations or structures. The search for tailor-made solutions will require developing new partnerships, facilitating consultation times, networking, conducting tripartite interviews with social workers, psychologists, partnership meetings involving social services, education and follow-up services, and developing our knowledge and expertise on the various social and medico social actors.
