Located in the department of Lot et Garonne, in Marmande, within the ADES premises, with a departmental intervention coverage. PRDSL 47 is a tool, at the service of local stakeholders, coordinated by a full-time ADES employee. This structuring project for the territory will have **5 strategic axes in 2020**: **1st axis:** The governance of the Local Social Development Resource Centre requires the animation of a network of partners who are sustainable in line with the desired dynamics. Gathered in a Steering Committee, 20 partners (communities, institutions, associations) are integrated into a COPIL. Two to three Steering Committees are planned for 2020. This partnership strategic forum remains an open space for new partners. **2nd axis:** The Local Social Development Resource Centre continues its contribution to the evolution of the professional practices of Lot and Garonnais actors, in an inter-institutional and multi-professional dimension by: \- The development of study days, symposiums, on defined themes (child protection, autism, social and solidarity economy) with professional circles. Three study days are planned in 2020. **3 rd axis:** **Methodological accompaniment** The methodological support of teams mobilised on the implementation of projects, in an inter-institutional and multi-professional dimension, aims to propose a response from a local and territorial perspective to those involved in the social and medico-social field. PRDSL 47 will be involved in the diagnosis, implementation or evaluation phase, depending on the institutional or territorial order. **4th axis:** **Mutualisation and communication** The PRDSL wishes to promote the sharing of information, the sharing of innovative experiences, the valorisation of local initiatives, by: Regular distribution (3 per year) of a **newsletter** addressed to all PRDSL partners The management of a **“Social Development Area”** within the shared resource centre (ADES/IFSI/Cité de la Formation), with a specialised documentary fund. The establishment of **“morinals of PRDSL 47”**, aimed at the directorates of institutions (communities, associations, companies...) wishing to discuss a strategic topic, exchange on common issues, share information. Three mornings will be deployed 2020, in a specific format. **5th axis: Deployment of the Local Committee for Social Work and Social Development** Thought in 2019 within the framework of PRDSL 47, in close partnership with the Departmental Council of Lot and Garonne, the Local Committee for Social Work and Social Development is a local partnership body in which different approaches and sensitivities of social work must meet and exchange. It is an embodiment of social work in the territory.The Committees are implemented nationally by the **High Council on Social Work** which gives its guidelines, the fundamentals, disseminates opinions and recommendations. _**PRDSL 47 : une ambition partagée et durable**_ Le projet proposé est de soutenir le déploiement du Pôle Ressources Développement Social Local (PRDSL) dans sa 4éme année d'exercice, tout en renforçant son inscription durable dans l'appui aux milieux professionnels. Situé sur le département de Lot et Garonne, à Marmande, au sein des locaux de l'ADES, avec une couverture d'intervention à vocation départementale . Le PRDSL 47 est un outil, au service des acteurs du territoire, qui est coordonné par une salarié de l'ADES, à temps plein. Ce projet structurant pour le territoire aura **5 axes stratégiques en 2020** : **1er axe :** La gouvernance du Pôle Ressources Développement Social Local nécessite l'animation d'un réseau de partenaires qui s'inscrivent durablement dans la dynamique souhaitée. Rassemblé au sein d'un Comité de Pilotage, 20 partenaires (collectivités, institutions, associations) sont intégrés au d'un COPIL. Deux à trois Comités de Pilotage sont prévus en 2020 . Cette instance stratégique partenariale reste un espace ouvert à l'accueil de nouveaux partenaires. **2éme axe :** Le Pôle Ressources Développement Social Local poursuit sa contribution à l'évolution des pratiques professionnelles des acteurs Lot et Garonnais, dans une dimension inter institutionnelle et pluri professionnelle par : \- L'élaboration de journées d'étude, colloques, sur des thématiques définies (protection de l'enfance, autisme, économie sociale et solidaire) avec les milieux professionnels. 3 journées d'étude sont envisagées en 2020. **3éme axe :** **Accompagnement Méthodologique** L'accompagnement méthodologique d'équipes mobilisées sur la mise en oeuvre de projet, dans une dimension inter institutionnelle et pluri professionnelle, a pour objectif de proposer une réponse de proximité et territoriale, aux acteurs du champ social et médico-social. Le PRDSL 47 interviendra sur la phase de diagnostic, de mise en oeuvre du projet ou d'évaluation, en fonction de la commande institutionnelle ou territoriale posée. **4éme axe :** **Mutualisation et communication** Le PRDSL souhaite favoriser le partage de l'information, la mutualisation des expériences novatrices, la valorisation des initiatives locales, par : La diffusion régulière (3 par an) d'une **newsletter** e adressée à l'ensemble des partenaires du PRDSL La gestion d'un **« Espace Développement Social »** au sein du centre de ressources mutualisé (ADES /IFSI /Cité de la Formation), avec un fonds documentaire spécialisé. La mise en place de **« matinales du PRDSL 47 »** , destinée aux directions d'institutions (collectivités, associations, entreprises…) souhaitant aborder un sujet stratégique, échanger sur des problématiques communes, partager l'information. Trois matinales seront déployées 2020, sous un format spécifique. **5éme axe : Déploiement du Comité local du Travail Social et du Développement Social** Pensé en 2019 dans le cadre du PRDSL 47, en partenariat étroit avec le Conseil Départemental de Lot et Garonne, le Comité Local du Travail Social et du Développement Social est une instance partenariale locale au sein de laquelle les différentes approches et sensibilités du travail social doivent se croiser et échanger. Il est une incarnation du travail social sur le territoire.Les Comités sont impulsés nationalement par le **Haut Conseil en Travail Social** qui en donne les orientations, les fondamentaux, diffuse avis et recommandations. L’objectif pour le Haut conseil est de pouvoir traduire localement la dynamique qu’il souhaite porter sur l’ensemble du territoire national, à travers un outil souple, construit sur la base du volontariat des professionnels concernés. Concrètement, cela se traduira en 2020 par la mise en place d'un groupe de travail composés de travailleurs sociaux et de personnes concernés, avec une thématique ciblée "Numérique et travail social". Ce groupe de travail sera co-animé le Conseil Départemental et l'ADES, dans le cadre du PRDSL 47. (French)
