L'opération 2020 se décline en deux actions présentées de manière plus détaillée dans les 2 fiches actions jointes. _**1ère action** : dynamiser son potentiel par l'expression artistique /Ateliers : de janvier à décembre 2020_ \- Deux ateliers à médiation artistique par semaine : voix, mouvement et arts plastiques, animé par musicien, comédien et/ou plasticien. \- Un atelier mensuel (en entretien individuel ou/et en temps collectif) autour du parcours d'insertion, du projet professionnel, d'une sortie thématique, animé par une formatrice, coordinatrice de l'action. La coordination des différents ateliers s'effectue de manière hebdomadaire par des temps d'échanges entre la coordinatrice et les intervenants. Ponctuellement, sont prévues des réunions entre eux afin de faire le point de chaque participant. _**2ème action : café culture 5.9 :** de juin à décembre 2020_ L'action démarre d _ _ès le mois de juin 2020__ pour travailler sur sa mise en oeuvre technique, partenariale et logistique. Puis à partir de septembre se mettent en place les ateliers : 4 ateliers par mois de septembre à décembre 2020 qui se déroulent de manière alternative dans un lieu du 5ème et un lieu dans le 9ème arrondissement de Lyon; dans une dynamique collective, les participant.e.s éloigné.e.s de l'emploi réfléchissent à la culture, se (re)mettent en mouvement par la participation à des sorties culturelles, à l'organisation de ces sorties. ils.elles (re) développant des capacités de mobilité, d'organisation, de concertation, de réflexivité. Il est proposé aux participant.e.s de prendre le temps d'écrire impressions et réflexions sur ce qui se passe au sein de ce café culture (livret culture) . Ces ateliers sont animés par une formatrice. Une coordinatrice veille au bon déroulement de l’action, travaille à sa mise en oeuvre dès juin, facilite la prise de contact avec les institutions culturelles, et fait un point régulier avec la formatrice concernant les participants .
