    Nous nous orientons tout d'abord vers l'Insertion Sociale avec un accompagnement individuel et des modules collectifs. 28 personnes seraient accompagnées par le formateur à temps plein sur l'insertion sociale avec : \- 20 heures de suivi individuel pour la résolution des problèmes périphériques (logement, droits, problèmes financiers, ...) Différents ateliers collectifs pour 4 groupes mis en place de 7 personnes : \- atelier "découverte du groupe" de 3 heures afin de se présenter, faciliter les échanges et favoriser la cohésion de groupe \- atelier "développement des connaissances de soi " de 6 heures (2*3 heures): découvrir ses points forts et ses points faibles par le biais d'outils pédagogiques - mise en place du "Mois à soi" avec un atelier "Image de soi" de 6 heures, 4 séances de sport d'1 heure, et une sortie culturelle à déterminer avec le groupe de 3 heures \- atelier bien être avec des prestations d'un naturopathe réflexologue liées à la gestion du stress, l'environnement et l'alimentation pour 12 heures (4 demies journées de 3 heures) \- atelier savoirs de base (lecture écriture et calcul) pour 6 heures, consommation (les différents crédits, les pièges à éviter...) de 3 heures, l'accès aux droits (CPAM, CAF, dispositifs logement...) pour 6 heures (2*3 heures) \- Intervention du PIMMS pour 2 ateliers gestion du budget 3 heures et maîtrise de l'énergie 3 heures \- atelier communication avec l'apprentissage de la communication non verbale de 3 heures (gestuologie, programme neuro linguistique, ...), les techniques de communication pour 6 heures (l'écoute, savoir poser des questions,la prise de parole, la reformulation) (2 séances de 3 heures) \- atelier découverte du monde professionnel de 3 heures et visite d'entreprise de 3 heures afin de faire une transition vers l'insertion professionnelle. Nous envisageons 8 personnes effectuant un parcours complet sur les 28 personnes en insertion sociale et 43 personnes orientées vers l'Insertion professionnelle soit 51 personnes en insertion professionnelle. \- un accompagnement individuel de 10 heures (faire le point sur le projet, les recherches d'emploi, le stage...) Mis en place de 7 groupes de 7/8 personnes pour le collectif \- atelier Définition / vérification du projet professionnel : 15 heures (5* 3 heures) pour définir un projet professionnel réaliste et réalisable en tenant compte des ressources et contraintes des bénéficiaires, évaluation des compétences et motivations pour chacun par le biais de questionnaires, point sur le contexte économique local, sur la connaissance du marché du travail, les tendances générales du marché du travail , la découverte du métier (estimer les conditions nécessaires à chaque métier, disponibilités en temps, possibilités d'emploi), sur les possibilités et moyens personnels pour atteindre les objectifs poursuivis , explorer le marché du travail : regarder les annonces sur les différents supports existants, consulter les fiches métiers ROME afin de se rendre compte des exigences de l'employeur,travail sur la mobilité (véhicule, cyclomoteur, transport en commun ( savoir les utiliser) et identifier le secteur géographique, les autos écoles sociales, les différentes aides financières existantes) et les possibilités en matière de garde d'enfants - atelier numérique de 3 heures (internet, utilisation du site ¨Pôle emploi, Skype...) \- Visite d'entreprise 3 heures - Simulation d'entretiens d'embauche de 6 heures (2*3 heures) \- Mise en place d'un Job Dating de 3 heures Un stage d'immersion en entreprise de 35 heures est également prévu pour les personnes en Insertion Professionnelle.
