La présente action conduite dans le cadre d'un marché public doit permettre de faciliter l’accès à l’emploi ou la formation de jeunes strasbourgeois par la mise en place d’une mobilisation personnelle et une reprise de confiance acquise lors de cette période en immersion professionnelle consacrée à la rénovation de mobiliers urbains. Elle comportera un accompagnement technique et socio professionnel des jeunes bénéficiaires L' encadrement technique permettra aux jeunes de découvrir le monde du travail et ses codes, à partir de la rénovation de mobiliers urbains. Il contribuera à acquérir les savoir être et les repères professionnels nécessaires en milieu de travail tel que le rythme de vie, la confiance en soi, le travail en équipe, le respect des consignes... L' accompagnement socio professionnel permettra aux jeunes de définir un projet professionnel ou de formation ajusté à leurs situations. Il comportera une mobilisation collective permettant aux jeunes de gagner en confiance en révélant leurs savoir-faire et compétences et une mise en relation avec des entreprises et ou des organismes de formation du territoire permettant aux jeunes de disposer d’une meilleure connaissance de différents secteurs professionnels et ou d’univers de formation correspondant à leur projet.
