Employees in integration are welcomed on the site under a CDDI contract of 4 months renewable up to a maximum of 24 months. They work 24 hours a week (modulable depending on the activity). Working hours are distributed in order to free up time for employees to take refresher courses and carry out steps (administrative, health, etc.) in connection with their overall integration pathways. The employees hire either at the depot of the insertion site at 28 avenue Abbé Alvitre or on the sites of activities. Since the end of January 2019, the yard depot and the administrative premises have been gathered on the same site at 19 rue Maréchal Brune. Each team is supported by a technical referee for the working day. Employees can experiment different professional techniques and practices depending on the activity in which they are positioned and their abilities. The organisation is organised around 4 teams (modulable depending on the activity): \- Building team on the urban area of the CABB (mainly City of Brive) \- Building team on the rural area of the CABB (intervening on the 48 communes of the CABB) \- Team maintenance of roads (mainly City of Brive) \- Team clean urban (mainly City of Brive). The integration site will no longer intervene on this activity as of 15 April 2019. 6 supervisors are made available by the City of Brive on a part-time basis to supervise employees working in the urban area teams. The team of supervisors is coordinated by the technical pedagogical and social manager of the site, who also oversees the building team operating in the 48 communes of the CABB. With effect from 15 April 2019, with the end of the intervention on the urban cleanliness sector, the provision of this team’s technical manager is terminated. Employees’ teams are required to evolve and change their activities according to the size of the site, the nature of the activity, the degree of autonomy of employees, the dynamics of enhancing the skills of employees and their professional project. Once a fortnight (or more if necessary), employees meet individually with their socio-professional accompaniment in order to take stock of their situation: solving social problems (housing, debt, health,...) and working on the professional project (definition, research for internship, training, employment, etc.). Employees are encouraged to take training (FLE, upgrading, etc.). The project team makes regular updates on the situation of employees in order to put in place comprehensive strategies for their sustainable integration. (English)

(French)
