Pour mener à bien les principes d'un dispositif tel que le PLIE, le PLIE SEM s'est doté d'un service d'animation. Cette mission d'animation peut se distinguer en 3 volets, qui constitueront chacun une fiche action : \- Animation du dispositif PLIE, qui garantie le fonctionnement de celui ci, par l'animation de ses instances, le suivi de la mise en oeuvre des actions du PLIE, le pilotage de ces actions, l'évaluation de la programmation, la communication liée au PLIE, l'élaboration du bilan d'activité annuel du PLIE, et de la consolidation annuelle pour le réseau AVE. \- Animation territoriale des partenaires, intitulée "coordination territoriale" qui permet d'articuler l'accompagnement du public sur le territoire. Elle vise une lecture partagée de l'offre d'insertion, améliore la fluidité de passage entre les actions et donc l'adéquation entre l'offre du service du territoire et la demande du public accompagné. Elle s'organise à travers plusieurs instances; comités territoriaux de Suivi, commission territoriale d'Orientation, comités TOS, bilans mensuels Pole emploi... \- Animation des équipes entreprises du territoire, qui permet de coordonner l'approche entreprise des partenaires impliqués localement. Elle permet essentiellement de repérer les besoins des entreprises et vise à proposer aux entreprises une offre de service territoriale par des "consultant" préparées en rencontres trans-institutionnelles. Elle a pour objectif d'améliorer le service proposé aux chefs d'entreprise en termes de recrutement, d'aides à l'embauche, de formation adaptée aux besoins de l'entreprise, et de rendre plus efficiente la gestion de ses salariés. In order to carry out the principles of a system such as the PLIE, the SEM PLIE has set up an animation service. This animation mission can be distinguished in three parts, each of which will constitute an action sheet: \- Animation of the PLIE scheme, which ensures its functioning, through the facilitation of its bodies, the monitoring of the implementation of the actions of the PLIE, the management of these actions, the evaluation of programming, the communication related to the PLIE, the preparation of the annual progress report of the PLIE, and the annual consolidation for the AVE network. \- Territorial animation of the partners, entitled “Territorial coordination” which makes it possible to articulate the support of the public on the territory. It aims at a shared reading of the offer of insertion, improves the fluidity of passage between actions and thus the matching between the supply of the service in the territory and the demand of the accompanying public. It is organised through several bodies; territorial Monitoring Committees, Territorial Guidance Commission, TOS Committees, Monthly Reviews Pole Jobs... \- Animation of the teams companies in the territory, which allows to coordinate the approach undertaken by the partners involved locally. It essentially makes it possible to identify the needs of businesses and aims to offer businesses a territorial service offer by “consultants” prepared in trans-institutional meetings. Its objective is to improve the service offered to entrepreneurs in terms of recruitment, hiring aid, training tailored to the needs of the company, and to make the management of its employees more efficient.
