L’opération intitulée ACI La Rivière, est un dispositif relevant de l’ **I** nsertion par l’ **A** ctivité **E** conomique (IAE), conventionnés par l’État, qui a pour objet l’embauche de personnes sans emploi rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles particulières. Les personnes ainsi embauchées en CDDI[1] sont titulaires d’un véritable contrat de travail. L’ACI s’appuie sur des actions distinctes et complémentaires, qui concourent à faciliter l’insertion sociale et professionnelle des salariés. Trois grands champs d’actions, composent l’ACI, elles même constituées de sous actions. - ** _le suivi et l’accompagnement socio-professionnel_** - ** _la formation_** - ** _l’encadrement technique_** Les salariés exerceront dans le domaine des plantes à parfums, aromatiques et médicinales (PPAM) et du jardin créole. Aussi, dans le but constant de préserver les ressources naturelles et de protéger notamment les berges de la rivière du site de production, nous apporteront aux salariés la connaissance des techniques culturales respectueuses de l’environnement naturel. [1] Le contrat à durée déterminée d'insertion (CDDI) est ouvert aux personnes au chômage et rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles particulières. The operation entitled ACI La Rivière, is a mechanism under the **I** NSERTION by the **A** ctivity **E** economic (IAE), agreed by the State, which is aimed at the hiring of unemployed persons with particular social and occupational difficulties. Persons so hired on CDDI[1] hold a genuine employment contract. The ACI is based on separate and complementary actions, which help to facilitate the social and professional integration of employees. Three main fields of action make up the ACI, which are even made up of sub-shares. — ** _ socio-professional monitoring and support_** — ** _training_** — ** _technical supervision_** Employees will work in perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants (PPAM) and Creole garden. Therefore, with the constant aim of preserving natural resources and protecting, in particular, the banks of the river of the production site, we will provide employees with knowledge of cultural techniques that respect the natural environment. [1] The fixed-term employment contract (CDDI) is open to persons who are unemployed and encounter particular social and occupational difficulties.
