First of all, a survey of young people will be carried out at the level of the territory. Information in colleges, high schools, CIO will be carried out, using interventions with principals or professors, and/or posting. The Local Mission team will be fully mobilised to identify young people for whom the proposal for this action seems relevant (delivery of flyers and posters). The action will concern all young people in our territory, so as not to leave any without care. The animation will take place both in the territory of Saint Mathieu de Treéviers and in the territory of Ganges/Le Vigan. It will take place from 1 January to 31 December 2017. Building on the techniques of ADVP (Activation of Vocational and Personal Development), this action will propose to them: \- to broaden their knowledge of the trades, because young people, in general, choose their profession in a very narrow range of choices. \- to define their professional project if it is not defined, to make them aware of the working conditions, the jobs and the training that lead to these occupations. They must also compare their project with the reality of the geographical sector; what are the promising occupations in their employment pool? This phase can be carried out both collectively and individually. The involvement of partners will be sought to give young people a fair view of the employment pool in which they are located. \- visits by companies and CFAs, to confront the reality of employment, by bringing them to meet professionals from various sectors of activity. \- breakfasts allowing meetings between professionals and young people. \- Passage of IRMR3 tests to determine their professional profile. \- Then will come the time of the research itself, with workshops conducted in-house and/or entrusted to service providers, around the following tools: CV, cover letter, preparation of phone reminders, simulation of job interviews, information on the various contracts... These actions will be done by alternating periods in collective and individual. The collective times to acquire the method, while individual times will allow to verify the progress of each. Le projet consiste à donner aux jeunes une méthodologie et un accompagnement renforcé afin qu'ils accèdent à la signature d'un contrat en alternance. Tout d'abord, un repérage des jeunes sera réalisé au niveau du territoire. Une information dans les collèges, lycées, CIO sera réalisée, à l'aide d'interventions auprès des proviseurs ou des professeurs, et/ou d'affichage. L'équipe de la Mission Locale sera entièrement mobilisée pour repérer les jeunes pour lesquels la proposition de cette action paraitrait pertinente (réalisation de flyers et affiches). L'action concernera l'ensemble des jeunes de notre territoire, afin de n'en laisser aucun sans prise en charge. L'animation se fera à la fois sur le territoire de Saint Mathieu de Tréviers et sur le territoire de Ganges/Le Vigan. Elle se déroulera du 1er Janvier au 31 Décembre 2017. En s'appuyant sur les techniques de l'ADVP (Activation du Développement Vocationnel et Personnel), cette action leur proposera : \- d'élargir leur connaissance des métiers, car les jeunes, d'une façon générale, choisissent leur métier dans une palette de choix très étroite. \- de définir leur projet professionnel si celui-ci n'est pas défini, de leur faire connaitre les conditions de travail, les postes, les formations qui mènent à ces métiers. Il faut également qu'ils confrontent leur projet à la réalité du secteur géographique; quels sont les métiers porteurs sur leur bassin d'emploi? Cette phase pourra être menée tant en collectif qu'en individuel. L'intervention de partenaires sera sollicitée, afin de donner aux jeunes gens une vision juste du bassin d'emploi dans lequel ils se trouvent. \- des visites d'entreprises et de CFA, afin qu'ils se confrontent à la réalité de l'emploi, en leur faisant rencontrer des professionnels de divers secteurs d'activité. \- des petits déjeuners permettant les rencontres entre professionnels et jeunes. \- Passage de tests IRMR3 pour déterminer leur profil d'intérêt professionnel. \- Puis viendra le temps de la recherche à proprement parler, avec des ateliers menés en interne et/ou confiés à des prestataires, autour des outils suivants : CV, lettre de motivation, préparation des relances téléphoniques, simulation d'entretiens d'embauche, information sur les différents contrats... Ces actions se feront en alternant des périodes en collectif et en individuel. Les temps collectifs permettant d'acquérir la méthode, tandis que les temps individuels permettront de vérifier l'avancée de chacun. (French)
