la loi du 5 mars 2014 relative à la formation professionnelle, à l’emploi et à la démocratie sociale décentralise la compétence de l’organisation et du financement de la formation professionnelle des personnes détenues de l’Etat aux Régions pour les établissements en gestion publique et progressivement à la fin des contrats de gestion déléguée pour les autres établissements. Ainsi en 2015, la Région est intervenue pour organiser et financer la formation professionnelle dans les maisons d’arrêt de Laval, Angers, Fontenay-le-Comte et La Roche-sur-Yon ainsi qu’au Centre de détention de Nantes et en multi sites pour la formation au CACES par l’AFTRAL. the Law of 5 March 2014 on vocational training, employment and social democracy decentralises the competence of organising and financing the vocational training of persons detained from the State in the Regions for institutions in public management and gradually at the end of the delegated management contracts for the other institutions. Thus, in 2015, the Region intervened to organise and finance vocational training in the detention centres of Laval, Angers, Fontenay-le-Comte and La Roche-sur-Yon, as well as at the Nantes Detention Centre and in multi-site training at CACES by AFTRAL.
