Cette réhabilitation s'inscrit dans la volonté et la stratégie de Néolia, à réaliser des travaux de rénovation énergétique sur son patrimoine historique. Le bâtiment 28 a été construit en 1964, il est très énergivore par une absence d'isolation et son enveloppe externe est très vieillissante. Ces travaux permettront aussi des économies de charges primaires (chauffage et eau chaude sanitaire) très appréciées de nos clients locataires. Ce programme permet également de renforcer l'attractivité commerciale de notre bâtiment. (French)
