The SEHV, in its role as coordinator of the energy policy of the EPCI of Haute-Vienna, proposes, using a common air energy climate planning tool, based on the grid diagnosis of each EPCI and the departmental strategy, to assist each EPCI in the construction of its PCAET together with its environmental assessment report, including the partnership building of the action programme with local stakeholders. This shared and incentive approach targets the mobilisation of non-compulsory EPCI, of which 7 out of 9 want to engage in a virtuous strategic and operational planning approach, and make the energy transition an opportunity for their territory.
