L’Agence Technique Départementale, établissement public administratif (EPA), a été créée en octobre 2009 à l’initiative du Conseil Départemental de Saône-et-Loire et fonctionne depuis le 1er février 2010. Elle a vocation à apporter une assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage simple aux communes et communautés de communes du département de Saône-et-Loire, ainsi qu’un appui dans les domaines juridiques et financiers. Depuis juillet 2011, l’Agence Technique Départementale de Saône et Loire a développé une nouvelle compétence et propose à ses adhérents un dispositif « efficacité énergétique » en assurant une mission de Conseil en énergie partagé pour les communes de de Saône-et-Loire adhérentes par conventionnement au dispositif, prioritairement engagées dans une démarche territoriale énergie/climat (Plan Climat-Energie Territorial, territoires à énergie positive ou programme LEADER « transition énergétique» (French)

Since July 2011, the Departmental Technical Agency of Saône et Loire has developed a new competence and offers its members an “energy efficiency” scheme by providing a shared energy consulting mission for the municipalities of Saône-et-Loire which are members of the scheme, primarily engaged in a territorial energy/climate approach (Plan Climat-Energie Territorial, territories with positive energy or LEADER programme “energy transition” (English)
