L'action consiste à accompagner 75 demandeurs d'emploi dans le cadre du Plan Local Pour l'Insertion et l'Emploi. Ces accompagnements sont réalisés par deux référents différents qui accompagnent respectivement 45 et 30 demandeurs d'emploi. L'accompagnement est réalisé sur la MIEM. Pour ce faire, le référent PLIE mobilisera aussi bien les ressources du territoire que celles propre au PLIE pour: * Accompagner les bénéficiaires sur la construction de leur projet d'insertion en portant une attention particulière sur les possibilités de mobilité professionnelle et sectorielle voire géographique et la spécificité des profils: les femmes, les demandeurs d'emploi de plus de 50 ans, les demandeurs d'emploi positionnés sur les champs très sélectifs ou les demandeurs d'emploi sans ou à faible niveau de qualification. * Rechercher l'accès des bénéficiaires à un emploi de qualité * Faciliter l'accessibilité du PLIE aux publics cibles en fonction des critères en vigueur * Participer à l'amélioration du dispositif PLIE en faisant remonter les besoins des publics et en formulant des propositions afin de compléter la programmation et les actions proposées aux bénéficiaires d'une année à l'autre. Le référent PLIE sera accompagné par un porteur de projets qui : * participera aux commission PLIE * vérifiera la bonne conduite du dispositif et le respect des règles du PLIE * participera à l'amélioration du PLIE * mobilisera les moyens nécessaires à la réalisation de l 'accompagnement * réalisera le projet le et bilan du dispositif (French)

The action consists of supporting 75 jobseekers under the Local Plan for Integration and Employment. These accompaniments are carried out by two different referents who accompany 45 and 30 jobseekers respectively. The accompaniment is carried out on the MIEM. To this end, the PLIE focal point will mobilise both the resources of the territory and those specific to the PLIE to: * Support beneficiaries on the construction of their integration project, paying particular attention to the possibilities of occupational and sectoral mobility or even geographical mobility and the specificity of the profiles: women, jobseekers over the age of 50, jobseekers in highly selective fields or jobseekers without or with low qualifications. * Seek beneficiaries’ access to quality employment * Facilitate accessibility of the PLIE to target audiences according to the criteria in force * Participate in the improvement of the PLIE system by tracing the needs of the public and making proposals in order to complement the programming and actions proposed to beneficiaries from one year to the next. The PLIE referent will be accompanied by a project leader who: * participate in the PLIE Committees * will verify the proper conduct of the scheme and compliance with the rules of the PLIE * will participate in the improvement of the PLIE * will mobilise the resources necessary to carry out the support * will carry out the project the and assessment of the scheme (English)
