Celem głównym projektu pn. "Termomodernizacja jednostek organizacyjnych powiatu janowskiego" jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego powiatu janowskiego poprzez kompleksową termomodernizację 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane roboty termomodernizacyjne zespołów szkół na ul. Ogrodowa i ul. Jana Zamoyskiego 68 w Janowie Lubelskim. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozwiązania zdiagnozowanych problemów, a więc jest zgodna z celem Działania 5.2 RPO WL 2014-2020 - (realizacja zadań przyczyniających się do wypełnienia zobowiązań wynikających z tzw. pakietu energetyczno-klimatycznego Unii Europejskiej oraz Strategii Europa 2020). Brak inwestycji z zakresu termomodernizacji na terenie powiatu sprawia, że system zaopatrzenia w energię cieplną budynków użyteczności publicznej jest nieefektywny i skutkuje zanieczyszczeniem środowiska naturalnego. W związku z produkcją energii opartej na paliwach kopalnych, niską świadomością społeczeństwa w zakresie racjonalnego wykorzystania energii oraz potrzebą poprawy jakości powietrza atmosferycznego konieczne jest podjęcie działań prowadzących do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na ciepło oraz redukcji ubytków ciepła z budynków. Pozwoli to na obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania jak również znaczne zredukowanie zanieczyszczeń powietrza poprzez obniżenie ilości gazów cieplarnianych oraz pyłów i innych szkodliwych substancji wprowadzanych do atmosfery z procesów energetycznego spalania paliwa w budynkach użyteczności publicznej na terenie powiatu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do podniesienia dostępności do nowoczesnej infrastruktury użytkowej dla mieszkańców powiatu, przez co w znacznym stopniu podniesie się jakość życia, a zanieczyszczenie powietrza atmosferycznego na obszarze powiatu janowskiego ulegnie zmniejszeniu. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych osiągnięty w wyniku realizacji powyższego projektu określony został na poziomie 504,30 tCO2/rok. (Polish)

The main objective of the project entitled ‘Thermomodernisation of the organisational units of the district of janowski’ is the improvement in the quality of the natural environment of the district of janowski by means of a comprehensive thermal modernisation of the 2 public buildings. As part of the project, the renovation work of school teams on the street will be carried out. Gardening and ul. Jan Zymyskiego 68 in Janos Lubelskie. The implementation of the project will contribute to solving the identified problems and is therefore in line with the objective of Action 5.2 of the -2020 ROP WL 2014- (implementation of the tasks contributing to the implementation of the commitments stemming from the so-called “Climate and Climate Package” of the European Union and the Europe 2020 Strategy). The lack of investment in thermal modernisation in the district makes the district heating supply system inefficient and results in environmental pollution. In connection with the production of energy based on fossil fuels, a low public awareness of energy efficiency and the need to improve ambient air quality, action is needed to reduce heat demand and reduce heat losses from buildings. This will reduce heating costs as well as significantly reducing air pollution by reducing the amount of greenhouse gases and particulates and other harmful substances introduced into the atmosphere from the combustion of fuel in buildings of public interest in the district. The implementation of the project will increase the availability of modern infrastructure for the inhabitants of the district, thereby increasing the quality of life to a large extent and the reduction of atmospheric pollution in the district of janowski will be reduced. The estimated annual decrease in GHG emissions achieved by the above project was set at 504,30 tCO2/rok. (English)
