Our project consists of two actions: * _a work placement action in a protected environment, of persons recognised as workers with disabilities or who have requested guidance in a protected environment at the House of Persons with Disabilities. This situation in the Institution and Services of Assistance through Labour must allow the validation of a project of integration in a protected environment. This action will be carried out in cooperation with the MDPH and the medical, social and health institutions of the Lot Department. * _An accompanying action towards employment in the ordinary environment_ of persons benefiting from the rSa, recognised or not disabled workers by the MDPH, registered or not in the Employment Pole, very remote from employment, accumulating social difficulties and experiencing significant barriers to employment linked to specific problems: disability, health situation, accommodation, behavioural difficulties, life accident, etc. These two actions will be complementary and linked to job placement schemes, Employment Department and Local Mission. By focusing on an adapted vocational integration project, they will make it possible to take into account the needs of those remote from employment to whom the existing common rights services do not respond or very partially, due to the specific nature of the problems.
