L'opération comporte une seule action, déclinée sur plusieurs territoires. Elle s'inscrit dans un axe d'accompagnement des parcours d'insertion des publics éloignés de l'emploi. Elle vise à réduire les freins à l'insertion professionnelle, par une aide à la résolution des difficultés sociales et personnelles, un soutien à l'émergence de pistes d'orientation professionnelle, une mise en situation de travail (période en entreprise). Elle fonctionne en entrées et sorties permanentes tout au long de l'année, avec une prévision de 70 participants accompagnés par an sur une durée de 6 mois chacun. Les lieux d'intervention sont Montauban, Verdun, Castelsarrasin, Moissac, Beaumont de Lomagne, Lavit de Lomagne et Saint Nicolas de la Grave. (French)
