(Created claim: summary (P836): During the previous 2 PO-Feder (2002-2014), the ACTES laboratory has acquired important equipment (EUR 1 500 k) enabling it to conduct evaluation and research in the field of physical activity, both for high-level athletes and pathological subjects (mainly sickle cells, carriers of sickle cell traits, obese). He has also developed collaborations with various partners involved in the care of the person (CHU, Creps, Inserm, Clinique de Choisy, Ass...) |

(French)

During the previous 2 PO-Feder (2002-2014), the ACTES laboratory has acquired important equipment (EUR 1 500 k) enabling it to conduct evaluation and research in the field of physical activity, both for high-level athletes and pathological subjects (mainly sickle cells, carriers of sickle cell traits, obese). He has also developed collaborations with various partners involved in the care of the person (CHU, Creps, Inserm, Clinique de Choisy, Associations Sportives or Health). The objectives followed at that time were to gain scientific knowledge in the field of physical activity in these particular subjects in tropical (i.e., warm and humid) environments. After more than 15 years of research and loan of 200 scientific publications in rank A, it is now important to value this knowledge and to make it available to the target population, i.e. the Guadeloupé population. For this reason, the aim of this project is to set up specific and targeted programmes of evaluation and management through physical activity adapted for the populations previously studied. Its aim is to centralise and generalise the care of the Guadeloupean population through physical activity by having the actors involved in assessment, prescription and care work together. The strong idea is to register. (English)
