L'opération concerne la "Rénovation énergétiquement performante de 75 logements sociaux locatifs situés Résidence Cassenel, rue M.Jouy et rue L.Blum à Castelsarrasin(82)". Le résultat escompté est le passage d’une étiquette D (avant travaux) : 155KW/m2.an à une étiquette B (après travaux) : 69KW/m2.an. D’après l’étude thermique fournie dans le dossier de demande d’aide, les travaux devraient engendrer un gain énergétique de près de 55,48%.
