Le projet est de permettre à des personnes majoritairement bénéficiaires du RSA ou des jeunes suivis par la mission locale, éloignés de l'emploi, qui ne parviennent pas à se fixer sur un domaine professionnel précis, de tester leurs compétences dans les secteurs d'activité du second oeuvre bâtiment (travaux de maçonnerie, menuiserie, couverture, électricité, sanitaire, carrelage) et ainsi de repérer celui qui correspond le mieux à leurs attentes. Le chantier propose _un temps de mise au travail_ (évaluation des aptitudes, connaissances et capacités pour occuper le poste), _des modules de formation_ pour affiner les compétences acquises sur les chantiers et _un temps de travail et_ _d'accompagnement sur le projet professionnel_ (évaluation en milieu de travail et préparation de la sortie (embauche ou formation qualifiante), prise en comptes des problèmes périphériques (mobilité, santé, logement). Le chantier s'inscrit dans le cadre des clauses d'insertion et répond principalement, à des commandes de Vannes Golfe Habitat ou de la Ville de Vannes. (French)
