La MCEF réunit sur son territoire, dans un lieu unique, les partenaires décidant d'oeuvrer en complémentarité et en synergie à partir d'un projet commun visant à : -développer un socle commun d'information permettant à chaque acteur d'optimiser son intervention dans le champ de ses compétences et contribuer à développer une culture commune des intervenants de l'Accueil, l'Information et l'Orientation dans le domaine de l'environnement économique local et faciliter leurs actions d'information et d'orientation des publics -mettre à disposition du public un centre de ressources dont l'objet est de favoriser la mise en commun des ressources des différents partenaires et la délivrance d'un premier niveau d'information pour les publics, -mettre en œuvre un programme d'activité visant à faciliter l'accès à l'emploi, avec le concours des partenaires ; De plus, l'action de la MCEF s'inscrit dans un réseau régional permettant de garantir et d'harmoniser les services rendus en Midi Pyrénées tout en prenant en compte les réalités locales. Les MCEF disposent par ailleurs d'un site internet commun. (French)
